HI ALL, WE MET MONDAY EVENING FOR OUR WEEKLY HCG DIET MEETING AND I REALIZED MANY OF THE LADIES ARE AT THE END OF THE 23 DAY PROTOCAL SO THE QUESTIONS WERE FLYING ABOUT WHAT TO DO AND WHAT TO EAT. OUR COACH GAVE GREAT ADVICE ABOUT NOT EATING STARCHES OR SUGARS FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS, AND ESPECIALLY FOR 3 DAYS AFTER THE LAST SHOT. AS THE HCG IS STILL IN YOUR BODY . SHE SUGGESTED EATING 1000 TO 1200 OR SO CALORIES DAILY AND AVOIDING THE STARCHES AND SUGARS. YES I SAID THAT TWICE TO MAKE SURE IT SINKS IN!!
ALSO A.M. WEIGH IN NEEDS TO BECOME PART OF YOUR FOREVER LIFE. [AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT MONTHS] NONE OF US GOT INTO THIS SHAPE IN JUST A FEW MONTHS ,IT TOOK MANY OF US YEARS TO REACH THE WEIGHT WE WERE AT AND I, LIKE MOST OF THE LADIES DONT EVER WANT TO GET BACK TO IT. SO WEIGH IN DAILY JUST LIKE WE HAVE BEEN DOING AND IF YOU SEE 2 POUNDS CREEP ONTO THAT SCALE ,DEAL WITH IT IMMEDIATLY !!! THAT MEANS THE DAY IT SHOWS UP ! NOT TOMORROW. SO WHAT TO DO . EAT NOTHING ALL DAY, DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND FOR DINNER HAVE THE LARGEST GRILLED OR BROILED STEAK YOU CAN HANDLE . YOU CAN ALSO HAVE 1 APPLE OR 1 TOMATO. BY THE NEXT A.M. WEIGH IN ,THE 2 POUNDS SHOULD BE GONE GONE.
NOW THIS IS IN THE BOOK "POUNDS AND INCHES" BY DR SIMEON AND I AM SURE HE HAD ALOT OF DOCUMENTED FACTS TO BACK IT UP.
SO FAR EVERYTHING I HAVE READ AND BEEN TOLD HAS PROVEN TO BE FACT !
I HAVE LOST 2 PANT SIZES AND THE SIZE I AM IN NOW ARE STARTING TO GET BAGGY. TALK ABOUT EXCITED!! I AM EXSTATIC! AND SO THANKFUL! I FINALLY SEE THE WEIGHT THAT JUST KEPT SNEAKING ON FINALLY LEAVING. I HAD TRIED EVERY DIET , SPENT LOTS OF MONEY AND NEVER WAS ABLE TO LOOSE MANY POUNDS AND THEN DEFINATLY COULDNT KEEP IT OFF.
I WILL KEEP THIS SITE GOING AFTER MY 40 DAY HCG DIET PROTOCAL IS OVER SO YOU ALL WILL KNOW MY PROGRESS.
