OK I HAVE FINISHED THE 40 DAY HCG PROTOCAL AND AM BEGINNING THE 21 DAY MAINTANACE , IN ALL HONESTY I AM A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT THIS ,AS I NEVER EVER WANT TO GAIN BACK THE WEIGHT I HAVE LOST ! I ACTUALLY AM PLANNING ANOTHER PROTOCAL IN 6 WEEKS AS MY GOAL IS A SIZE 8/10 SO THAT IS ANOTHER 20 POUNDS.
I AM EATING SALADS WITH REG LOW FAT DRESSINGS , MORE PROTEIN WHICH IS WEIRD
I KEEP WEIGHING THE MEAT BEFORE COOOKING IT. LOL !!! I AM EATING DIFFERENT VEGGIES LAST NIGHT I ACTUALLY HAD SUMMER SQUASH WITH ONIONS YUMMY!!!
I AM WEIGHING AFTER AM PEE DAILY
TOMORROW I AM HAVING A VEGGIE OMELET , HAVENT TASTED THOSE IN AWHILE.
EVERYTHING IS A QUESTION THOUGH!
EACH TIME I AM THIRSTY I FIRST GET WATER AND IF THAT DOESNT QUENCH IT , I WILL HAVE A GULP OF SOMETHING ELSE. ITS KINDA WEIRD .
I DONT THINK I EVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT HOW MUCH I WAS COMSUMMING, I JUST ATE WITHOUT THINKING.
NOW I DID HAVE A NO BAKE COOKIE AND FELT WORRIED THAT I WOULD GAIN BUT THANKFULLY I DID NOT . DONT TAKE CHANCES THOUGH !! ALL THAT WORK I AM DETEREMEND TO SEE IT THROUGH. AFTER THE 21 DAYS I CAN ADD IN SOME SUGAR AND THE STARCHES. REMEMBERING TO WEIGH EACH DAY AND TAKE NOTE OF WHAT CAUSES ME TO GAIN. I AM IN CONTROL NOT FOOD!!!
