OK, SO I HAVE BEEN OFF THE HCG SHOTS FOR 16 DAYS NOW , I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 19 1/2 POUNDS WHICH THANKFULLY HAS STAYED OFF. I HAVE HAD A 2 POUND FLUCTUATION ON AND OFF THROUGHOUT THESE 16 DAYS, AND JUST LIKE I WAS ENCOURAGED TO DO, AS SOON AS I CKD MY MORNING WEIGHT AND SAW I WAS UP, I GOT RIGHT BACK TO EATING STRICTLY AGAIN.
SO BY NEXT AM WEIGH IN IT HAS BEEN BACK OFF AGAIN. WEW!! ANYWAY I HAVE BEEN EATING PRETTY NORMAL THIS WEEK ALTHOUGH I DID ENJOY A PIECE OF CAKE AT MY SONS BIRHTDAY PARTY AND WAS UP 1 POUND THE NEXT DAY SOOOOOO, BEST OFF WITH NO CAKE ;{
I HAVE PRETTY MUCH USED MANY OF THE RECIPES HERE ON THE SITE BUT MODIFIED THEM WITH MORE VOLUME AND MIXED UP THE VEGGIES. INSTEAD OF 100 GRAMS OF PROTEIN , I AM EATING UP TO 200 GRAMS.
ANYONE ELSE ON THE MAINTANCE PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOUR DOING! I WILL BE STARTING MY NEXT HCG PROTOCAL SOON. AND LOOKING TO LOOSE ANOTHER 15- 20 POUNDS. BARB ![]()

Can the diet of 500 cal be substituted for a prepared meal such as a lean cuisine as long as you keep in the cal range. I dont have time to prepare these meals.

Hi , I am unsure as you are the first to ask this question. my logic tells me yes that you need to make sure it equals the same as if you were eating meat . so 4 oz ? I will do some research ad get back to you. Babs

exactly how many grams of veg are we allowed on the first protocol., also what is the standardiu amount of injectable is everyone taking... my doctor only charged me 155. ,however he had no written info for me as to the protocol., i did all the research myself online, liked what i read and he supplied me with it [he doesnt believe in it , but i'm persuasive

HI JAMES, seems that most people are taking between 150 cc- 200 cc of 5000 grade hcg daily. then eating the 500 - 700 cal daily diet. men seem to be eating the extra protien so instead of 4 oz of the uncooked meat they are eating 7 oz each meal. they are still loosing the weight and keeping with the same veggies and , fruit, and grissini breadsticks or melba toasts.
