VEGGIES TO EAT ON DIET

Posted by hcgdietinfo on February 8, 2010 at 10:52 PM

Yes the veggie restriction really seems tobe limited. so after much research  and rereading the original Dr.Simions diet , I believe it is strick for the fact that controling theveggies eaten was necessary for utmost weight loss. the veggies chosenare high in vitamin and nutrients.

I have communicated  withhundreds of dieters .and the dieters that lost the most weight were theones that stuck to 1 veggie only on the list  at a time . so mysuggestions ;LETS DO WHAT WE KNOW WORKS . we have all done our ownthing and it hasnt helped us lose weight or be at the weight we want. ;so for the short time we do the hcg simions pound and inches protocalwe should do as it says. agreed?

There are many differentveggies that arent on the diet protocal, and many dieters have emailedme saying. is it because they didnt have that particular veggie inrome? well I am unsure if rome had or didnt have them but I do knowpeople from all over the world went to Dr. Simeons weight loss centerin  rome Italy, and I am certain it came up many times.I am sureveggies could have been brought in and  yet Dr Simeon never varied fromhis veggie list. soo with all that being said why change what is triedand true? I have added ways to cook the veggies on the list and mostare readily available at local markets.

I have noticed, I loose more when I eat the veggies not mixed, on the protocol. I thought I might try a steak salad one day and added a little hot sauce (tomatoes) and sure enough, no weight lose the next day... I agree, stick to the plan!!!

Not sure about the Diabetic part, but my Dr. told me I can not take the Fish Oil while on the plan. No oils. He said I would be okay for the 40 days I am taking HCG and could resume it when I am on maintenance.

I just wanted to know what I can eat instead of meat & fish. I can't seem to keep down either of them. Please help.

Do you take the HCG drops while on your menstrual cycle OR NOT? Read different articles. Before I found this website, I would have trusted another one that said "no need to take the drops while on your cycle".....but I literally started the HCG diet plan Sat.(5/21/11) which was first day of my 2 day binge; meaning day1 of actual diet was today, 5/23/11)....and at 6:55pm CST I am now on menstrual cycle.......plz advise! Thanx Pat

Hi to Joann, I am very unsure of you taking the e and fish oil , I would have to say no, you are only doing the diet for 30-40 days so why take the chance.
to Wendy, all through the phase 1 you are NOT TO MIX veggies, It has some odd effect that keeps you from loosing the weight. ,
Wendy, I have not heard of not being able to keep food down during a protocal and would immediatly contact the Dr. ur using.
Pat, I am going to verify this question about your menstral cycle. like you I have heard both. I will get back with what I find out.
