Ok alot of people have emailed me asking about the foods I have listed on the shopping list. I quess most of you are eating a bland boring regiment. Yes Yes all of the foods that are listed are allowed. I was in groups with many ladies of all ages and we definatly ate all of those foods  and we definatly lost pounds and inches. I encourage you to try out the many delicious recipes I have listed. There is no reason to be eating boring foods. If anyone has any questions please feel free to email me.

Hello,

I am on day 4 of the HCG sub-lingual drops, and awoke with a bad headache.  I am wanting to know if "Truvia" is allowable  since i am having trouble locating "Stevia" at a local retailer?

Thanks

What is the portion size for the veggies during the diet program and does it differ in size during different phases?

Hi, the veggies seem to be about 2 cups of the raw  greens ,all through the diet protocal , i did note that tomatoes are 1 cup or the small 16 oz can . many people used fresh and just measured 2 cups . I have gotten alot of feed back on the other phases of the diet and it seems all veggies are allowed on the 2nd and 3rd phase in 2 cup portions but no starchy veggies still like peas , corn, avocado , etc.  hope this answers your questions.

What about cooked veggies? Like if you buy the canned collard greens that are just collard greens and water....how do you measure those out. Also, the asparagus?? It's hard to put those in a measuring cup. I really wanna do this right! :)
