My clinic told us if we wanted more dressing than allowed to dilute the dressing with water. I myself like the taste of vinegar a lot....So what I do is use the apple cider vinegar in place of the water to the waldens dressing to give me more dressing to use on my greens and veggies. Since we are limited to only a tablespoon of the waldens you can make it more or even double it using the vinegar without losing the taste of the dressing. Water tends to dilute the taste too when you use it. I may even use the lemon too to see what that does here soon. We can have the juice of a lemon a day to use for cooking and such. Just a thought..
