HCG DIET INFORMATION Dr.Simeons"pounds and inches"

Did you know many beauty products are not allowesd to be used when doing the HCG Diet???

Anything that has "OIL" in it is not allowed when doing the diet.   I found in searching last night that you are not even allowed to color your HAIR on the Diet.  WHAT!!!?????  Oh no...here come all those grey hairs.  :::sigh::::roll:

So no body lotion or suntan oil!!   No makeup.:roll:

bare minerals makeup is great.  no oils.  color your hair immediately prior to starting diet.  remember the diet is an 8 to 12 week diet, so by the time your done, it will be time to retouch your hair.:D

What about  the Mystic spray tan???

Hey  , If mystic spray tan has oil in its ingrediants then sorry not untill your done.

The Mystic spray tan does not contain oil. I tried it and I lost. I have done the Mystic tan 3 times and have lost every time. 

oh dear, what about moisturizer around the eyes. and why no hair color?  (this can get ugly...wrinkles AND gray!)
