HCG DIET INFORMATION Dr.Simeons"pounds and inches"

Are there any side effects from the HCG itself? I've never been pregnant but many of my friends have had horrible morning sickness and mood swings during pregnancy. Does this happen with Hcg diet? Also skin discoloration, esp on face (chloasma)?

I also had a problem with facial problems. Went to my Dr they thought I had lupus did blood work and I did not have it. So it was from the HCG.

We have had hundreds of ladies do the HCG but havent heard any  severe complaints of morning sickness or mood swings. as far as Brendas comment on "facial problems" we need to know if she means acnea or somthing else.
