DIET INFORMATION Dr.Simeons"pounds and inches"

Hello.  I am new to this site, and new to this diet.  I started the diet 13 days ago, only with homeopathic drops.  After reading more, I realize that I need to change to the hCG shot, which I have purchased.  My question is: I am on day 13 on the "fake drops"... should I start over and do the 2 fatty food days with the shots, or should I just switch over to the shots.... I am on day 13, and have lost 12.4 lbs. on the 500 diet.  My fear is that I am losing the wrong kind of fat and that I won't be able to keep it off if I don't switch to the shots.  Any suggestions?

Hello, I think your doing great on the hcg drops how much weight do you think you should be loosing? you have lost as much as anyone that has been on hcg of any form. I do suggest you add in the bskinny coffee or and tea to help curb your appitite. I am on Wellbutrin.  I finished my 42 days, and have lost 32 pounds.  I think that it depends on the person.  She should try it.  I have more energy, now, and am less depressed.:D
