hi, you have done amazing, you may want to purchase the nuvotea on my store site, it definitely will curb ur appetite. most people suggest lite work outs during the next phase 2 which last about 6 weeks. you can now mix veggies but please continue to stay away from the junk foods , ck out my site for phase 2 foods and I will add more to that page such as a shopping list.

today is my first 3 day recuperation and im so happy ! I DID IT ; ) i didnt reach my goal but i list i did lost 15 (20 more to go) My question is where can i get a list with calories intake of all the food i can have for my next 3 weeks so i dont go over 800 cal. a day? Also i need to know if i can still losing weight and if i can do work out. I think i need more information about these 3 week coming up ! can i have eggs? tks

hi, I think there is some confussion on how much you should be loosing on the HCG diet. I was on for 40 days and lost 20 lb and went from a size 16 to a size 12 most people loose about 1/2 pound a day. You have said you lost 15 pounds WOW , you didnt say how many inches or if you lost any sizes. I am very unsure of how much you thought you were going to loose? men do loose more on every diet including this one. If you need to talk please call me Babs 772-626-1518

you may need to up your protien intake to 4oz so you are eating 500 calories . the protien helps burn the fat
