DIET INFORMATION Dr.Simeons"pounds and inches"

I purchased the HCG on a site hcg-injections.com.  However in ordering the special sterile water and the syringes I soon found out the syringes they recommended at another link were small insulin syringes only able to hold 100 cc. They would not refund the money for the 100 syringes I ordered which cost about $26.00.  I plan on starting the HCG on March 8th, 2010.  I am currently still researching recipes and which damn syringe I actually need to order- that will hold the 200 cc of HCG and not feel like I am jabbing myself with an icepick.  hmy:  I want to purchase all the appropriate foods and rid my cubbards of temptations.
