I'm 46 years old. I am a registered nurse by profession. I like to swim, crochet, watch movies and go hiking in the mountains, though limited in recent years by severe asthma and some other health issues. I have had to have a lot of steroids in the past few years for my asthma and have tried many things to get rid of the resulting weightgain, esp. belly fat, with not much success. Gained about 25 lbs after hysterectomy last year and steroid injections for herniated lumbar/thoracic discs.
