I am 47 years old and a grandma of 2

I Lost 41 lbs in 42 days  going from a size 14-2

I drank mountain Dew for about 30 years from the time i woke up to the time i went to bed. after getting on the Omni Drops i decided to put it down . To my amazement i had no cravings  or with draws. I have been off the drops since Oct 2011 and have lost another 2 lbs going from 168 lbs to 125 lbs.

That is what I want !My daughter is 12 and pretty slim.She started were my clothw.I get depress thinking hat those use to fit me!I took a brake and gain 5pds back (out)of 20 in 2 weeks).Should I do the steak day or start over on phase 2?
