 FORMED MEAT BALLS SAUTE UNTILL DONE [APPROX 12 MIN]

 ADD, 3 BEEF BOUILON CUBES OR 3 PKGS & 3 CUPS WATER BRING TO BOIL ADD

 IF USING CHICKEN USE THE CHICKEN BOUILON  CUBES & 3 CUPS WATER

1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC

 1 TSP OREGANO

  2 TBSP FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY

 1 CUP CHOPPED FRESH SPINACH

  TURN TO MED HEAT COVER AND SIMMER APPROX 30-45 MIN

 ADD REMAINING 1 CUP CHOPPED FRESH SPINACH, IMMEDIATELY REMOVE FROM          HEAT & COVER FOR A FEW MIN

 SERVE WITH GRISSINI BREAD STICK

    

 DINNER  =  FISH

 CLEAN BEET GREENS BY SOAKING IN SALTED WATER FOR 1/2 HOUR , RINSE WELL CUT OFF ANY ODD ROOTS

 BOIL BEET GREENS , COVER IN WATER  WITH SALT PEPPER &  1 CUBE OR PKG VEGETABLE BOUILLON UNTILL SOFT
