BREAKFAST= DRINK WATER

12 MED STRAWBERRIES SLICE THIN W/ TRUVIA [ UR SWEETENER]

 

LUNCH=DRINK WATER  SHRIMP COCKTAIL

4 OZ UNCOOKED OR 3.5 OZ PRECOOKED SHRIMP PEELED AND DE-TAILED [aDDS extra weight] APPROX 6-8 SHRIMP

SHRIMP WITH / 2 TBSP WALDREN FARMS COCKTAIL SAUCE

 

2 Cups LETTUCE w/ 1 Tbsp  WALDREN FARMS  "BLUE CHEESE DRESSING"

MID AFTERNOON SNACK= IF NEEDED  1 BREAD STICK OR MELBA TOAST 

OR FRUIT 1 APPLE  , ORANGE OR 1/2 LARGE GRAPEFRUIT

DINNER =DRINK WATER=

MEATBALLS AND TOMATO SAUCE [1 protein , 1 veggie,

1 grissini bread stick ]

4 0Z OR 100 GRAMS GROUND VEAL,BEEF [93/7] OR  CHICKEN

1/2 tsp garlic

1 Tbsp oregano

1 tsp Italian seasoning

salt & pepper to taste

roll into balls broil or saute untill done

 1 med TOMATO OR 1 cup can diced tomato

1 1/2 cup water

 Italian seasoning to taste , garlic , salt, pepper

simmer down untill nice thickness add browned meatballs simmer few more minutes

serve with 

 1 GRISSINI BREAD STICK  [FROM ITALY] FOUND IN BREAD ISLE PUBLIX OR local GROC. STORE

EVE SNACK = DRINK WATER

MOCK APPLE COBBLER 

1 MED APPLE 

SLICED & CORED 

ADD 2 TRUVIA OR [UR SWEETENER] 1 TBLS CINNAMON 

COOK UNTILL NICE AND TENDER

SERVE
