BREAKFAST ; DRINK WATER

MED ORANGE  [FRUIT] 

AM SNACK ; IF NEEDED GRISSINI BREAD STICK OR SAVE UNTILL LUNCH

LUNCH;  DRINK WATER

;CHICKEN W/ SPINACH   [1 PROTEIN, 1 VEGGIE, 1 BREAD STICK]  

CHICKEN 100 GRAMS [4 OZ UNCOOKED]

 BASTE CHICKEN BREAST WITH

1 TBLS WALDREN FARMS BACON RANCH DRESSING.

BAKE IN OVEN

2 CUPS FRESH SPINACH RINSE AND LIGHTLY STEAMED WITH FRESH GARLIC

LAY SPINACH ON PLATE , TOP WITH CHICKEN  SERVE REMAINING 1 TBSP DRESSING. 

** GRISSINI BREAD STICK ** if didnt eat for snack

DINNER :

CRAB CAKES W ONION SOUP, MELBA TOAST [ 1 protein, 1 veggie, 1 bread]

CRAB [SAMS CLUB] OR IMITATION CRAB 4 OZ ,100 GRAMS

MIX CRAB MEAT WITH

 GARLIC POWDER

 CELERY SEASONING

CILANTRO FRESH CHOPPED 

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

1 TB LS RANCH DRESSING WALDREN FARMS OR [WALDREN FARMS MAYONNAISE]

MAKE INTO 2 CAKES OR PATTIES REFRIG 30 MIN.

BAKE IN OVEN 15 - 20 MIN. OR UNTILL DONE  OR BROIL LOW

SERVE WITH 

ONION SOUP W/ MELBA TOAST

1 VADALIA ONION

PEALED AND THINLY SLICED

2 BEEF BOUILLON CUBES OR PKGS

2 1/2 CUPS WATER

1/2 TSP GARLIC

ADD INTO PAN BRING TO BOIL TURN DOWN TO A  SIMMER ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL ONION IS SOFT

POUR INTO SOUP BOWL

ADD MELBA TOAST WHEN READY TO SERVE

SNACK

12 MED STRAWBERRIES  WHOLE OR SLICED 

TOSS W/ 2 PKG TRUVIA OR 0 CAL SWEETENER OF CHOICE
