  2 CUPS CUCUMBER CUT / 2 TBSP WALDREN FARMS BALSAMIC DRESSING OR GREENS CUT AND STEAMED .

BROILED TILAPIA  HOT & SWEET  & BEET GREENS BOILED W/ SEASONINGS

MIX TOGETHER

2 TBSP LEMON JUICE

1 TSP GINGER

1 PKG TRUVIA OR 1 TSP SWEETENER OF CHOICE

 1 TSP GREEN CHILI [OPTIONAL] 

1/2 TSP DILL

1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE 

 BASTE WITH MIXTURE ON TOP OF TALAPIA AND BROIL 3 MIN EACH SIDE UNTILL DONE.  SHOULD BE WHITE AND SLIGHTLY FIRM ALL THROUGH

POUR REMAINING LEMON MIXTURE OVER TOP AND SERVE W/ VEGGIE ON LIST
