DIET PLAN DAY 4 RECIPES   SHRIMP  &  CHICKEN BREAST

 AM PEE

COFFEE OR TEA  / TRUVIA OR 0 CAL SWEETENER OF CHOICE

WATER , WATER  HELPS CURB HUNGER AND FLUSH OUT FAT

 1 FRUIT OF CHOICE = MED APPLE , 12 STRAWBERRIES, 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT, ORANGE

LUNCH = SHRIMP / STEAMED SPINACH & BREAD STICK

 

           

  SHRIMP - 100 GRAMS  3.5 OZ

 remove tails and skin. add into pan with 3/4 cup water , garlic, red pepper powder, salt and pepper to taste . Boil untill done approx 7min.dump off excess water.

SPINACH- steam fresh spinach lightly [dont overcook]season with garlic , salt & pepper when done dump out excess water , put onto plate squeeze lemon juice over it. 

  ADD SHRIMP ONTO SPINACH PLATE . SERVE WITH BREAD STICK

and  2 TBLS waldren farms seafood sauce  [publix or order from MY STORE]  

DRINK LOTS OF WATER HELPS QUENCH HUNGER AND FLUSHES OUT FAT!!   

 DINNER = CHICKEN BREAST / CABBAGE    

  100 grams or 3.5 oz chicken breast 

  take chicken breast rub with seasonings of choice 

      [rosemary , garlic, thyme, salt & pepper  ]

 heat oven to 350 bake approx 40 minutes

 CABBAGE    2 CUPS 

  ADD INTO PAN WITH  WATER STEAM UNTILL TENDOR 

  SERVE WITH 2 TBSP BACON RANCH DRESSING waldren farms 

 DESSERT = 12 MED STRAWBERRIES 

CLEAN  STRAWBERRIES TAKE 4-6 MASH UP WITH FORK  ADD 1 PKG TRUVIA OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE

SERVE WITH MELBA TOAST ALONG WITH REMAINING BERRIES    

**DRINK LOTS OF WATER IT QUENCHES HUNGER AND RIDS UR BODY OF FAT**  .
