TOSS TOGETHER  CHILL

SERVE WITH REMAINING CELERY STICKS LEFT LONGER

 WITH 1 TBLS BLUE CHEESE DRESSING  [ WALDREN FARMS]

 

 

 

 DINNER      1 PROTEIN , 1 VEGGIE

 MOCK CHICKEN /OR SHRIMP  EGG ROLLS THESE ARE GREAT! [ MAKE UP ALOT AND SAVE FOR OTHER MEALS. ]

PULL 3 MED LEAVES FROM CABBAGE THEN SHRED REMAINING MAKES 2 CUPS

 STEAM ALL CABBAGE IN STEAMER

  ADD 3 CUPS WATER  BELOW STEAMER

 ADD TO WATER BELOW=

 1 TBLS SESAME OIL

 2 TBLS SOY SAUCE

 1 TBLS GINGER IF FRESH GRATE

 STEAM CABBAGE UNTILL TENDER

 TAKE OUT 3 WHOLE LEAVES & COOL FOR WRAPPING

 IN SMALL PAN ADD GROUND CHICKEN OR SHRIMP AND

1 TSP GARLIC FRESH MINCED IS BEST FLAVOR

1 TBSP    GINGER IF FREASH GRATED

 SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

1 PKG TRUVIA OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE

1 TSP SOY SAUCE LOW SODIUM

1 TSP HOT SAUCE IF DESIRED

ADD SHREDDED CABBAGE AND SAUTE UNTILL CHICKEN / SHRIMP IS DONE

 SPOON CHICKEN / CABBAGE MIXTURE INTO

 COOLED CABBAGE LEAVES WRAP AND USE TOOTHPICKS   TO HOLD. SERVE WARM
