 2 CHICKEN BUILLION CUBES OR PKGS

 3 CUPS WATER

 2 CUPS SPINACH  CHOPPED   * ADD  1 CUP NEAR END AS IT WILL COOK AWAY*

  OR ADD VEGGIE OF CHOICE [ DO NOT MIX VEGGIES ADD 1 OFF THE LIST AT A TIME ONLY]      2 CUPS CHOPPED CABBAGE    [TRY 1 CUP PURPLE & 1 CUP GREEN ]

 1 TBSP FRESH GARLIC OR POWDERED

 1 TSP ONION POWDER

 1 TBSP PARSLEY IF FRESH CHOP FINE

  SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

 

   BRING ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOIL , FOR APPROX 30 - 45 MIN

 WHEN USING SPINACH[ ADD 1/2 SPINACH]  COVER AND LET SIMMER FOR  APPROX 30 MIN **ADD  OTHER 1 CUP CHOPPED SPINACH AT VERY END COOK ANOTHER 3-5 MIN.

  SERVE WITH BREAD STICK OR MELBA TOAST

 **SNACK IF NEEDED** 6 STRAWBERRIES LEFT FROM LUNCH SLICED WITH TRUVIA,

OR  TOPPED WITH 1 TSP  WADREN FARMS CHOCOLATE DIP

OR 1 CUP SPINACH WITH DRESSING 

 DINNER 

  SHRIMP ON SKEWERS WITH TOMATOES

 100 GRAMS OR 3.5 OZ SHRIMP            APPROX 7 MED SHRIMP 

  1 TOMATOE  CUT INTO WEDGES

 SEASON BOTH SHRIMP AND TOMATOES 

 LAYER   SHRIMP , TOMATO , SHRIMP, TOMATO ETC... ONTO SKEWER 

GRILL OR BROIL  UNTILL NICE AND LIGHTLY CRISP

SERVE WITH  WALDREN FARMS SEAFOOD SAUCE OR DRESSING OF CHOICE

 1  GRISSINI BREAD STICK OR MELBA TOAST

 DRINK LOTS OF WATER IF QUENCHES THIRST AND FLUSHES FAT

 

 SNACK OR DESERT    APPLE TART

 PEAL 1 APPLE LEAVE WHOLE  TAKE CORE OUT 

 PUT INTO SMALL BAKING DISH

 ADD TOGETHER 

 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE 

 1TBSP CINNAMON

 1 PKG TRUVIA OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE

 DASH OF NUTMEG

 BAKE IN  325 OVEN UNTILL APPLE IS NICE AND TENDOR  APPROX 25 MIN.

 

 DRINK PLENTY OF WATER IN QUENCHES HUNGER AND FLUSHES FAT!!
