Omni~Drops Program Overview
The Omni~Drops program includes consumption of the drops, Omni~4 liquid vitamins and the recommended menu. During the first two days of the Omni~Drops program, you should be eating very high calorie foods that contain high fat and sugar contents. There is no limit to the number of calories or the types of foods that are eaten. Sweets, cookies, ice cream, deep fried foods, etc are all acceptable foods. It is important that you "load" properly this is a very critical part of the diet. Do not begin loading if you have not started taking the Omni~Drops. It is common for people to gain 3-5 pounds in the first two days. Don't worry you will lose it all in the follow 48 hours. People that chose not to "load" properly have found that the rest of the unwanted weight does not drop as easily as those people who took the time to "load".
So, start your diet with a party and eat as much as you can!
Days 1-2 “Loading”
Day 3 and onward
Breakfast
Drink as much water, herbal tea or coffee as you want. You may use lemon or Stevia to add flavor/sweeten. You may have a half or full fruit serving here if you would like.
Lunch and Dinner
Eat one serving at each meal of the allowed meats and vegetables. The meat portion size is 100 grams (3.5 -4 ounces). Season the meat with lemon, white or black pepper, sea salt, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme or any other herb or seasonings that DO NOT contain sugar.
The vegetable (4 ounce serving size) is about the size of your hand stretched out, then fingers cupped downward (like you are grabbing something). Vegetables can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled, or gently boiled. Use only apple cider, red wine or malt vinegars that contain NO Sugar or Carbs, pepper, lemon or mustard for dressing.
ABSOLUTLEY NO oils, butters, dressings of any kind!
You can have 2 servings of fruits each day. These can be eaten anytime of the day, before meals or in between meals as snacks.
You may also have 2 Melba toast / Grissini snacks during the day. These can be eaten with your meals, ONE with each meal, NEVER both together, or as snacks between your meals.
Program Duration
You should be on the diet a minimum 21 days in order to reset the hypothalamus gland and no longer than 45 days. Take 3-4 weeks off from HCG, eating a normal amount of calories, except for refined sugars and starches. Fats and oils can be added back in small amounts. When you are finished with this step, you can restart the HCG for another 3-6 weeks if needed.
Ending the Program
When you finish the Omni~Drops, stay on the recommended menu for another 3 days as you will still have Omni~Drops in your system working for you. You will not be hungry.
After those 3 days, you can go back to eating normal calories (increase to 1500) with the exception of eating refined sugars and starches (carbs) for the next 3-4 weeks.
During this time, you should stay within 2 pounds of your ending weight. If you go above the 2 pounds, you are supposed to do what is called a “steak day”. Eat nothing but a fatty steak as big as you want for dinner. The rest of the day you only drink water. Follow your steak with an apple or tomato about an hour later. The following day, you should be back down to your ending weight.
It takes about 3 weeks before the weight reached at the end of the treatment becomes stable, i.e. does not show large fluctuations after an occasional excess. During this period, you must realize that carbohydrates, such are sugar, rice, bread, potatoes and pastries, etc. are by far the most dangerous.
If no carbohydrates are eaten, fats can be indulged in somewhat more liberally and even small quantities of alcohol, such as a glass of wine with meals, does no harm, but as soon as fats and starches are combined, things are very liable to get out of hand. This has to be observed very carefully during the first 3-4 weeks after treatment is ended, otherwise disappointments are almost sure to occur.
